Q. How to purchase my order on the site?

 

    1. Click 'Add to Cart' button on the products you wish to purchase. 

 

    2. Click 'Continue Shopping' to continue adding other products into the cart.

 

    3. Click 'Checkout' to proceed to payment for the products.

 

    4. Reach a login page where you need to login your account using your Username and Password before you can proceed to payment.

 

    5. You will need to confirm your shipping address on the 'Shipping Address' page and click 'next' button.

 

    6. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click 'next' button.

 

    7. You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.

 

    8. Click 'Confirm Order' to complete the order.

Q. Is the price quoted for a mother-daughter matching set?

 

     All items are priced separately, by single piece.

 

 

 

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

 

     Log-in your account  Click on 'Account Maintenance" → Edit your account information and shipping address here.

 

 

 

Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrive it?

 

    1. Click on 'Lost Password' and fill out your email that used to register the account in the box.

 

    2. Click Submit.

 

    3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

 

 

 

Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?

 

     Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.

 

     1. Please email us at contact@loveydoveyfashion.com with the message title 'Request to Cancel Order' to inform us the order cancellation.

 

     2. Orders that are in shipping or processing status can't be cancelled.

 

 

 

Q. What is the product's transaction currency?

 

     Products currency are default in Malaysian Ringgit. We offer options to transact in Australian Dollars, Singapore Dollars and US Dollars.

 

 

 

Q. How long does the delivery usually take?

 

      MALAYSIA

 

      -  For styles with ready stocks, delivery lead time is 2-3 working days from the date of dispatch.

 

      -  Pre-order styles, delivery lead time is 7-9 working days from dispatch date. Please allow up to 10-12 business days during peak period.

 

 

      INTERNATIONAL

 

      -  Orders sent to all other countries are delivered up to 12-15 business days. Please allow up to 15-20 business days during peak periods.

 

      * The estimated delivery time listed applies to all metropolitan areas only. Delivery to outer suburbs may incur additional days.

 

      * Delivery time also is subject to custom clearance process.

 

 

 

Q. How much does the delivery cost?

 

     We offer free shipping for orders within Malaysia and Singapore. However, customer is responsible for the custom duty tax, if any.

 

     For all other international shipping, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of RM55.

 

 

 

Q. Can I exchange or return the item(s) purchased?

 

     If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items you purchased, if the required conditions are met.
