EXCHANGE / RETURN
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that.
We allow you to return the products you purchased, if required conditions are met. However, there will be no exchange allowed.
(1) Original Packaging,
(2) Secured tag intact,
(4) Undamaged and
(5) Unwashed / Unworn
We reserve the right to refuse your return if your item do not meet the above conditions.
**** Please note that items purchased using CREDIT VOUCHER and ITEMS ON SALE are NOT eligible for return.
PROCEDURE FOR RETURN
(1) Kindly contact our customer service at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt with the subject title as 'Returns Request'.
(2) Please make sure below details are filled in the return request email.
- Order ID
- Item name, Product code, Size and Colour
- Reason for return
(3) We will reply and confirm your return request within 48 hours.
(4) After your request has been acknowledged by us, please return the item to us within 5 working days from the date of acknowledgement.
(5) Delivery charges for returns will be at customer's own costs.
(6) We will NOT cash refund an item.
(7) Credit voucher (valid for 2 months) will be issued once the item is received, and after a thorough check of the item.
(8) Please allow 7-10 working days for a return to be processed.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
